World University Rankings 2011 – UK Results: QS top 100  for 2011, the presence of the United Kingdom is largely unchanged,  although there are some jockeying for position in the top 10 ranked  where Cambridge first place for the second straight year ahead of  Harvard, MIT and Yale and Oxford moves up to fifth, ahead of Imperial,  UCL drop from fourth to seventh. UK institutions tend to do quite well  in this table, however, possibly due to a significant score, derived  from a financial sector study (where age has many). There are 37 UK  universities in the top-300, second only to the United States. Despite  the table Cambridge topping performance of U.S. institutions continue to  dominate, taking 20 of the top 50 sites and account for 70 in the top  300. READ MORE...........?
